Adventures in Pregnancy

So as you all know we had to have an "emergency" ultrasound today to make sure the baby didn't have some horrible birth defect. As it turns out, all is great with the baby and there doesn't seem to be any cause for concern.

The baby moved his/her (Paul says "her" I say "him") right arm a lot and tried to get his thumb in his mouth but was unsuccessful (repeatedly unsuccessful). I actually felt kind of bad for him.

He is currently breech with his legs crossed and the doctor think he peed while we were watching him.

The brain, spinal cord, heart, arms, legs, fingers all look great. We could see where the blood was flowing and everything was working the way it is supposed to.

I think I will be able to sleep much better tonight than I did last night. Thanks so much for all your prayers. Please know they are welcome and appreciated! Love, Theresa
